Dr. Trivedi does not offer free readings, but we are happy to answer general questions about services via WhatsApp or email at no charge. If you would like to understand what a session involves before booking, just ask.
Dr. Trivedi's team accommodates clients in multiple time zones including IST, UAE, UK, USA East/West, Singapore, and Australia. Please mention your preferred time and time zone when booking and we will find a mutually suitable slot.
Completely. All personal details — birth data, contact information, session notes, and any information you share — are treated with absolute discretion and are never shared with third parties. Client confidentiality is a core principle of Dr. Trivedi's practice.
We accept payment via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking), direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and PayPal for international clients. Payment details are shared in the booking confirmation email. Full payment is required to confirm a session.
